Cherry, Blueberry and Blackberry
These liqueurs have always suggested to us the sounds of the forest, its aromas, its shadows, the dripping of rain on the shaded ground, of an almost sweet smell.
Celtic music also embodies some of this. Many Celtic songs blend their roots with the porous peat of ancient forests, the black earth form which all manner of spells sprouted. They are also a celebration of life with its cycles and harvests. Everything changes and everything remains the same.
