1 oz. Martini Bianco
1 1/3 oz. Iced green tea with lemon
1 oz. Green Tea liqueur
1/3 oz. Gin (we recommend Caorunn)
2 Spearmint leaves
1 Teaspoon grounded eucalyptus
500 ml. water
250 ml. lime juice.
100 ml. Sugar syrup
We mix the first six ingredients in a Boston Shaker and shake with plenty of ice. At the moment of adding the spearmint leaves, beat them with the palm of your hands to awaken its aromas. Serve in a Martini glass with ice and add the lime air
1-Mix all of the ingredients in a deep rectangular container.
2-With the aid of a hand blender Turmix introduce the largest amount of air possible. In order to achieve this we place the Turmix at the surface of the liquid.
3-Let stand for a few minutes to allow for all the liquid to precipitate leaving the foam as dry as possible.
