2/3 oz. Gin (we recommend Whitley Neill)
1 oz. Lime juice
1 1/3 oz. Ginger liqueur
Shake all of the ingredients except for the Ginger Ale in a shaker with plenty of ice for 15 seconds.
Pour into a glass over crushed ice and add the Ginger Ale.
Stir gently using a bar spoon.
Garnish with grated ginger.
