How to make (+)
What you’ll need:
1 1/3 oz. Aged tequila
2/3 oz. Ginger liqueur
1/3 oz. Orange liqueur
½ Lime
2/3 oz. Passion fruit purée
1 Dice natural ginger
Rose pepper
Soda
Elderflower
How to make:
Place the lime, ginger and pepper in a tall glass and crush with a muddler.
Add crushed ice and the remaining ingredients except for the soda water and stir with a bar spoon.
We finish with the soda and a touch of elderflower.
